Aida is a biopharmaceutical executive, quality strategist, and Founder & CEO of Cedar Stone Consulting Partners LLC, helping life sciences organizations design and implement scalable, compliant, and high-performing quality systems. With over 30 years of experience in global quality, regulatory compliance, and clinical trial management, she brings deep expertise in governance-critical areas including ethics, audit and inspection readiness, enterprise risk management, business continuity, and ESG-aligned compliance frameworks.
Aida has extensive experience guiding organizations through regulatory inspections and complex operational and quality system transformations and post-acquisition integrations. Throughout her career, she has conducted more than 200 audits across global GxP environments, and she is widely recognized for her ability to balance rigorous compliance with pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.
Her experience in quality and passion for authentic leadership led her to launch Cedar and Stone in response to her desire to help businesses efficiently achieve their quality and compliance goals, and to support leadership in the continual quest to build and maintain a strong, positive organizational culture. Grounded in integrity, transparency, and stewardship, Aida’s client-centric approach has earned her a reputation for trust and lasting client satisfaction, driven by clear communication and strong accountability.
