With over 30 years of experience in global quality, regulatory compliance, and clinical trial management, she brings deep expertise in governance-critical areas including ethics, audit and inspection readiness, enterprise risk management, business continuity, and ESG-aligned compliance frameworks.
Aida has extensive experience guiding organizations through regulatory inspections and complex operational and quality system transformations and post-acquisition integrations. Throughout her career, she has conducted more than 200 audits across global GxP environments, and she is widely recognized for her ability to balance rigorous compliance with pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.
